Pixelmon Pasture Update

• Added the new Pixelmon Pasture to the server pack.
• Brings the latest Pasture system into Cog & Capture for testing and continued development.
• Pokémon can be placed into Pastures instead of occupying an active party slot, opening the door for persistent Pokémon-based farms and automation.
• Designed to work with Pokémon resource interactions and Cog & Capture's Create-focused automation gameplay.
• Includes the latest Pasture fixes and improvements from development/testing.

PixelGO

• PixelGO Spawn Notifications, Radar, and Jade integration remain included.

Budding Crystals

• Budding Crystals remains installed in this hotfix.
• Its previously planned removal is still delayed until the next major update.
• Players can continue using existing Budding Crystals setups for now, but should plan to transition toward GeOre-based resource production.
