Clown's HBM pack updated

This is a tech-like foundation progression pack for a modded server. This pack adds space, rocket frames, travel to many far and close worlds from the main solar system, to the outer exo-planets. It adds planes cars and guns, with radiation defects, machines like fusion reactors and tech suits. This modpack includes black hole singularities that may be a rare but massive hazard for everything. It also has different biomes for the player to explore such as orchards and dark forests.
