It Updates constantly.
Some of the items include a black hole cannon and tech suits. The suit allows you to fly and resist some types of damage. There is a laser gun that causes large amounts of block damage and the blackhole gun does even more, so if you want to use them and you do not have a fast computer I would advise you use sodium or Optifine.
The mod adds some new ores like tin and many new ingots such as bronze.
With the meteor ingot what ingot you get depends on how you position the water and lava.
Uranium is highly radioactive and damages you at 1 damage a second when it is in your inventory but more when it is in your hand.
The small asteroid falls very rarely in mountain biomes above Y 220. You need to mine it with and iron pickaxe or better. It will take a long time to break.
