Always make a backup before updating a world to newer versions!
You have to delete the ar_datapacks inside the datapack folder of your world you want to join it (because of a bug, finally for the last time)!

 P.s.: I removed "Traffic control + Roads mod by Teerth" because it stole many models and textures from other similar mods. If you can, report this to the original authors.
You can use creative mode to take those blocks because TP doesn't have crafting recipes, at the moment.
