This modpack mainly includes a whole bunch of mods that add either biome content or more mobs (mainly passive or useful ones, with Alex's Mobs, Creatures and Beasts, or Goblin Traders, for example), as well as ones that expand on existing content - Enlightened End, for example, and Savage and Ravage. However, lovers of hostiles will also find many of those assailing them, with the addition of YMD's Weird Mobs, Canes Wonderful Spiders and Rotten Creatures.
There are also a fair few magic mods. However, most of the current main magic mods - such as Ars Nouveau - have been avoided, in favour of smaller, lesser known ones such as Pyromancy, Hex Casting or Nature's Aura. We have also added Ars Magica Legacy and Roots Classic for a nostalgic experience.
Many decoration options have been included, with mods such as Chimes, Supplementaries and Fetzi's Asian Decoration. Players hungry for new food options should find themselves amply satisfied with the Farmer's Delight mod and the various addons for it. Finally, there's a few random mods thrown in that seemed interesting, such as Potion of Bees or Portal Gels.
As for tech, that has been consciously avoided to keep the feel of mystical exploration. The most we have is Little Logistics and Storage Drawers, though Create may get added in the future if players demand it. However, we do have Ad Astra for that special spaceflight experience!
We have intentionally left out many big, well-known mods, both in order to force players to try new things and in order to keep the modpack size down.
