Changed Hell 5.0:

Additions:
-Initial release of 5th version.
-Added a new quest tab, "DM5".
-Added new quests and restrictions.
-Added semi hardcore mode. It's on by default and cannot be disabled.

Changes:
-Changed Enchanting Table requirements to Void Fox instead of Lumi Leopard.
-Geolocator quest now requires Lumi Leopard instead of Void Fox.
-Banned oranges.
-Banned fishes.
-Banned bookshelf.
-Nerfed TACZ, mostly by decreasing damage and increasing recoil.
-Drastically increased price of ammo.
-Drastically decreased ammo stack size.
-Changed recipes of some guns to require a lotem.
-Changed EC configs, so bloodmoons are rarer.
-Lowered prices of some quests, to make the modpack less grindy

Changed Specific:
-The player now starts transfurred.
-Changed 0.15 nerfed facility loot.
-Changed Addon 1.20.1 incereased chances to find boss rooms.
-Changed Addon bosses got a few tweaks from Foxyas.

Removals:
-Removed some guns, accessories and ammo types from TACZ, to reduce overchoice problem.
