Changed versioning to match the versioning of the original Drunken Modpack
Updated mods:
-Not Enough Animations (1.10.2 -> 1.10.4.1)
-Changed Addon Plus (2.6.6 -> 2.6.7)
-Temporarily disabled spark due to crashing Arch Linux (and derivatives) systems.
Balance Changes:
-Changed Addon removed both hazard suit and hazmat suit
-Hazard suit is now a single item, without restrictions.
