Small patch to fix some oversights left behind from the Nether update.

Changelog 1.11: 

• Greatly reduced magnitude of stars in the sky, due to them causing massive performance drops (Visual quality and compatibility should still be better eitherway).
• Removed interface feature on note blocks to allow for some creative redstone farms.
• The Midnight's gamestage should now not be announced to the player when they enter the dimension.
• Mutant Endermen now won't drop Ender Eyes
