CONFIG CHANGES
Adjusted XP again. Intentions here were to make lower levels slow down a bit and higher level speed up.
Now max level is about ~1m xp down from the 6m it was before.

Level 50 is about 65k xp
Level 100 is about 200k xp
Level 150 is about 800k xp

This does mean most likely your PMMO levels have gone down some.
Apologies, I know this is a big swing opposite of my last change.
But I'm feeling pretty good about this progression now.
1m xp is totally achievable in about the desired time comitted for an MMO.

MOD Changes:

Rolled back FTB Library, Chunks, Teams, and Ranks to non-beta builds
Rolled back JEI to old FTB gui Library build.

Updated Progressive Bosses config and cut the wither's progression by 50%. This is to balance the need of nether stars for some of the other mods.
