Balance and Choices

• Configured Not Enough Wands.  Some wands have added RF requirement.  
• Added recipe to craft nether stars, and make iridium from nether stars.  (expensive)
• Changed some carpenter recipes to require distilled water. 
• Added recipe to make IC2 coolant or Liquid XP in Squeezer from Resonant End Stone.
• Changed Flint and Steel to require steel, and Eyes of Ender require a blaze rod, not a powder.  To stop people from rushing the nether and the End so quickly. 
• Working on adding recipes to turn soul sand into crude oil in the Vat but they are not working at the moment.  Same with distilled water recipes in EIO.  
• Added recipes for Forestry Rain tank (cheaper), Absorption Hopper recipe using IC2 components . Singularity tank.  IC2 tank is now cheaper.  Recipe for BOP flippers.  Ic2 based recipe for Brewing Stand (more expensive now)

Planning on adding a recipe for players to make iridium out of metals as an option to the 'pump a lot of EU into a mass fab'.  most likely using squeezer to turn redstone and metal dusts into destabilized redstone (one redstone and 8 dusts).   Carpenter makes 9 metal dusts into Slag using Creosote oil.  Another Carpenter to turn slag and more dusts into Rich slag.  Another Carpenter uses the Destabilized Redstone and the Rich slag to make Iridium.  Uses less power than mass fab, and cheaper machines to do it, but it requires a few hundred metal dusts and a few stacks of redstone.  makes a resource sink, so that Railcraft ore clouds can be converted into iridium, and gives players an optional progression.  Focus on power and use the mass fab, or focus on stockpiling ores, use less power, and use up your metal.
