Fixes

- Oh my god, did i really disable dynamic trees last time!
- Fixed a severe TPS drop caused by Alex's Mobs leafcutter anthills retrying a
  blocked ant spawn every tick.
- Fixed intermittent missing textures on the axolotl bucket and on paintings.
- Stone Zone stairs, slabs, walls and pillars now generate correctly, and
  layered stone blocks have their top texture back.
- Structure-placed golems work again theoretically, not villages.
- Reduced server tick cost from datapack functions and from several mods'
  per-entity tick handlers.

Mob and world tuning
- Variable Mob Height: fixed old non-application issue, adjusted 21 creatures, including gorilla, grizzly bear, moose, tiger, rhinoceros, komodo dragon, raccoon, maned wolf, leafcutter ant, tarantula hawk, mantis shrimp, spider, mosquito, dragonfly, ladybug, both
scorpions, and Alex's Caves gloomoth and vesper.
- Revised mob spawning rules (BadMobs, InControl, Spawn Balance Utility) and
  hostile village settings.
- Minor Serene Seasons snow melt settings.
