Explanation:

While the arcanium pack was focused on exploration, and magical mods to begin. The server i run has kinda gotten into faction races between if science or magic can get them farther. As the only tech mod in the pack was create i was asked to add some more support for it to the pack. I'm not wanting to add anything too advanced to the pack but the theming of a race between early industrial and traditional magics has created some quite interesting builds.
