Known Issues Since Aether was readded, it will cause same seed on new world generation. unfortunately, there is no way to easily fix this unless you delete Aether (paradise-lost), start a new world, and then add it back. The hard way is manually editing level.dat with NBTExplorer in the world folder and changing the seeds under minecraft:overworld
