Added Aethernal Origins and made changes to mods

• Added the optimization and tweaking mods Entity Culling, LazyDFU, KleeSlabs, Advancement Plaques, Global Data
• Added the content mods Chipped, FindMe, Dark Paintings, MmmMmmMmmMmm(Target Dummy)
• Added two optional texture packs for Advancement Plaques and a texture pack for Xaero's Minimap
• Added Aethernal Origins (my own origins!)
• Updated Roughly Enough Items, spark, Trinkets, and You're in Grave Danger
• Changed Architectury API and Cloth Config API to the unified forge/fabric version
• Changed default keybinds (again)
