A HOTFIX IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS VERSION THAT FIXES RECIPES INCLUDING COKE OVEN/REBAR ISSUE

GENERAL 

• Don't forget OptiFine Dynamic Lighting for those dark nights! D8 should be fine
• +Disabled "vanilla-style" [simply] jetpacks recipes
• +Disabled many thermal tools/armor (i.e. hammers)
• "Thermal" Mods are here!
• Disabled almost all CoFH oregen (prevent duplicate ores)
• Added QOL recipe to convert log "piles" back into logs
• +Tiny Coal/Pellets QOL recipe tweaks
• Xnet recipes made a little easier/earlier
• Fixed creative Draconic capacitor not having any energy
• Slight buff to stick drops from leaves
• Disabled some quark features (misc worldgen; nothing world breaking)
• +J/K -- Quark basalt re-enabled (it unexpectedly disabled stairs+slabs+etc as well)
• +Added Rockhounding "uninspected" to Deep Dark (and a little coal/iron too)
• +Re-profiled with JER so distribution graphs should be more smooth/accurate
• +Github issues cleanup
