Huge experimental update!!

This version of the modpack support NeoForge 1.21.1, the reason for this is because I felt like the modpack is stuck behind forge 1.20.1, with that many mods aren't updating with new features. The problem is doing so causing the modpack to lose some (well actually alot) of mods, tha'ts why I my idea is to keep updating and supporting both versions of the modpack. This might be too much work and I will stop updating the old version but.. we will see.

Here are the new changes:

-Replaced Embeddium with Sodium.
-Removed MineTogether mod
-Removed Nyf's Quivers
-Removed Dragon Mounts Remaster.
-Removed Radium Reforged due to causing bugs.
-Removed Supplementaries due to causing a crash.
-Removed Lucky's Spelunker's Charm II due to currently being unstable and causing crashes.
-Removed You Died mod, for now...

Note: A lot of this mods are important to how I wanted the modpack to be experienced, so this is not the end for them and I will keep on checking to see if they got updated!
