How to start surviving:

1. Since the modpack includes the mod "No Tree Punching" you can't get wooden tools anymore and you can't punch trees to get wood. You will need to first get some sticks from tree leaves and flint from gravel, break the flint into shards by right clicking on a stone block and then you can get your first flint tool, the "Flint Knife". From here you need to find sheep and sheer them for wool, with the wool you can make strings and craft the rest of the flint tools. Now you might think you can get stone tools, but you are WRONG, your next tier of tools is iron and until then you have to stick to the flint tools.

2. The modpack includes the mod "Legendary Survival Overhaul", this mod adds the temp bar and thirst bar. You will have to find a warm place to not die from cold (also from heat in the desert). About the thirst bar, you need to start with digging sand and burning it to glass, then craft glass bottles and fill them with water from a water source. To not get sick from the ocean water you need to heat the water bottles in the furnace to get clean water to drink.

3. By now you probably have gotten your self hurt and not sure why your health isn't regenerating. To understand why, you need to press H or open the second tab in your inventory, Then you should see a diagram of your character body. To heal yourself you have to attend to your damaged parts of your body, there are many different healing items that could help with that and you can check them by looking at the mod "Legendary Survival Overhaul".

4. The night is scary and filled with monsters that could find and kill you in an instant. To get through the night you should make yourself a shelter (preferably underground since creepers will blow your house walls), a shelter could also protect you from the cold winds of the night. If you got yourself killed don't worry! your items are safe inside your gravestone where you died, to get the items back follow the trail while holding the key to your grave. Also after you died you respawn as a ghost for a short time, this way you have a "safe" chance to get your items back.

5. From here you are ready to mine and explore the world freely! get better Armor, better items, guns, weapons, and battle through the world of "All For One".

Helpful tips:

* You can increase your maximum number of hearts by eating different meals, but remember to always cook your food when needed!

* With the flint knife getting wool and strings shouldn't be a problem, so crafting Bandages and Plasters is very easy and essential to do for healing yourself.

* Craft the "Book of Skills" to unlock different skills that you can improve to make yourself stronger.

* Craft a Matchbox with 3 papers and 3 slabs of wood, with the Matchbox you can light up torches and relight them again when needed.

* Craft a Lantern and equip it on your belt slot, this way you can always have the surrounding area a bit lighter and easy to see.

* When firing a gun, it could get jammed. To clear the jam you need to press F and wait until a message has popped saying "Jam Cleared!".

* The more fire a gun, the less durability it has. The less durability a gun has, the more likely a jam will occur, so at some point you will have to replace your gun.
