Alien Conversion

You wake up in a place that shouldn't exist. No grass, no birdsong, nothing green as far as you can see, just your dog and a quest book someone left behind with three words: don't come back until it's done.

Alien Conversion is a builder's modpack about turning a dead world back into a living one. You'll start with almost nothing (well, a dog named Chester) and work through a guided quest chain that pulls in tech, magic, farming, and exploration as you go, rather than dumping every system on you at once.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Building and automating with Create and its addons, backed by Refined Storage for logistics, plus custom villager professions (a Millwright and a Storagekeeper) to trade for the gear you need
• Fighting and looting through a tiered loot bag system, mob drops scale from common to legendary, and even your tamed pets get credit for their kills
• Exploring hand-picked dungeon and structure mods, with waystones to get back home in one piece
• Collecting relics and artifacts from Curios-compatible wearables spread across several mods, all folded into one unified reward pool
• Taming and raising everything from Doggy Talents companions to a wide cast of new creatures, with a custom Xenotech tech line built specifically for this pack

It's a kitchen-sink pack in scope but not in feel: everything is tied together through quests, custom loot tuning, and small bespoke touches built to make the world feel considered rather than just stacked with mods.

Chester is named for my own shepherd, who isn't with me anymore. In the game he's the first friend you get and he stays with you the whole way through, the same way he did for me. This pack carries a little piece of him forward.
