Why the "Redux" and not just a version increase?
The original modpack has had several "critical" mods stripped from it: Aquaculuture 2, Alex's Mobs, and Oh The Biomes We've Gone have all been removed. The first two was removed since there's a new mod that has added new mobs. OTBWG was removed simply due to the wood types not being compatible with some of the newer cosmetic blocks. All 3 are mods in their own right, but not needed in this pack.

Your version numbering changed?
Yep, I'm keeping this as a "beta" until I know I won't be adding or removing mods, and some included are experiemental.

So what changed and what is still in the pack?
The big focus points are Create, Cobblemon, Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks, Yung's Suite, Botania, Embers Rekindled, MineColonies, MaCaw's Suite, and Valkyrien Skies.

Create is the tech on rotational energy. It's used widely and one of my personal favorite mods that I will request in nearly every pack I play. It adds in the steampunk of the modpack with a ton of add-ons. I will let the mod explain more in-game.

Cobblemon is basically Pokemon in Minecraft. Said Cobblemon are redesigned with the Minecraft asethetics in mind. Additional add-ons are included to add the Cobbledex, the ability to ride and pet Cobblemon, and much more!

Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks is a relatively new magic mod focused around a few schools of magic. This was included to be the opposite side of the coin from Create and in the original modpack.

Yung's Suite is a collection of Yung's _ mods that adds in various structures or world generation potential to the modpack.

Botania, the first of the newer big mods, is the technology magical mod. It is centered around an energy system based on plants and mana, but is still largely devised as technology mod. It is kind of the half-way point of Create and Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks.

Embers, the next added "big" mod, is a dwarven tech magic mod. While Botania is the above ground druid magic tech, Embers is the underground magic tech mod. It features alchemy and magical ray guns among other magic-based adds. There is also an add-on to connect Embers with Create to act as heaters for boilers!

MineColonies, probably the largest of the new centered mods, allows players to create and manage their own colonies. There's hooks into most of the other content mods and allows automation through NPC's. Be sure to set out to make your own colony!

Finally, MaCaw's Suite, like Yung's Suite, a collection of MaCaw's _ mods that adds in various cosmetic-focused blocks such as roofs, doors, and bridges. Additionally, there's the various wood types from Biomes O' Plenty for most of the other blocks.

There's a handful of other mods that are included in the pack. Don't forget to explore space and the Twilight Forest!
