AGlitchedPack Redux

Been about a week and a half from the last update and 30 files needed updates (27 mods, a resource pack, and both shader packs) making about 11% of the pack outdated. 

Among the large list of updates, and requested, we have added Cobblemon Icons to the resource packs. This resource pack adds the Cobblemon icons to Journey Map. Keep in mind you will need to go into JourneyMap settings and enable the mob icons.
