Enjoy the release of this great update! It goes without saying, but this update is definitely not backwards compatible.
Industrialization is rampantly spreading across society, as machines get built to support the industrial powerhouse that it is now. Factories are being erected out of the ground to produce both end goods as well as parts and chemicals for further processing. Large, buzzing vehicles are bending the terrain to society's whim to have more space for humanity's artificial creations. The industrial revolution...has begun.
This update is a total overhaul of the pack and will enter it into a new era. It completely redoes AAPN's progression from the ground up.

--- Config/Script Changes ---
I'll be honest. This update is big and I just didn't bother with logging every tiny change (of which there are many here). So there's a lot of script and progression changes that went unlogged. However, some of the most important ones are:

+ Disabled NuclearCraft infinite water sources.
+ Made water create source blocks again in the following biomes: Frozen Ocean, Frozen River, Swampland, Mangrove, Bayou, Lush Swamp, Land of Lakes
+ Buffed the Bedrock Groundwater Pump by making it pump 2B/s@200RF/t instead of the old 1B/s@250RF/t.
+ Added a new multiblock that works similar to the above pump and produces much more water, but only in ocean, beach, and river biomes.
+ Completely removed running reactors emitting radiation.
+ Made kimberlite deposits more common.
+ Temporarily completely disabled all biome-specificality for ore deposits until the Oreverhaul update.
+ Temporarily increased all ore deposits' sizes by a large factor until the Oreverhaul update.
+ Made the window title display the modpack's current version.
+ Gave some Vanilla Minecraft iron items an alternative crafting recipe using steel.
+ Added multiple new Modular Machinery multiblocks.
+ A new fluid pipe tier system.
+ A complete heat engine/steam cycle, with heat exchangers and cooling towers.
+ Completely overhauled oil/hydrocarbon processing.
+ Space travel just got more realistic! Now you need to build actually decently big rockets to get to orbit. (The orbital entry height has been increased.)
+ Removed U-235 enriched liquid hydrogen (it was too OP).
+ Added liquid ethane, propane, and butane as less efficient rocket fuel alternatives.
+ Added a custom vodka item you can make from ethanol and water.
+ Added a plastic production system to make three different types of plastics in increasing difficulty.
