Finally, the long awaited NuclearCraft: Overhauled is coming to AAPN! Beware, this update might have broken progression and such. Don't use it on serious worlds. This is just for playing around and testing things.

--- Crafting Recipe Changes ---
+ Changed the Advanced Rocketry warp core recipe.
+ Made the space suit chestplate require an americium RTG instead of the uranium one.
+ Changed LEDt-305 and HEDt-305 fuels to require LECf-251 and HECf-251 TRISO fuel pebbles for the time being.
+ Changed the recipe of the ICBM EMP explosives and EMP tower to require other items in replacement of some things from NC missing in NC:O.
+ Changed the TechGuns Plasma Generator to require HEP-241 TRISO fuel pebbles for the time being.
+ Updated liquidhelium to liquid_helium in some places.
+ Updated helium3 to helium_3 in some places.

+ Removed AAPN overriding NC's lang file.
+ Replaced NC IR custom nuclear fuels with NC:O ones.
+ Updated the Environmental Rads config to account for the NC:O blocks.
