Initial public release for Fabric on Minecraft 26.3.

• Added dense TNT-chain acceleration with bounded grouped explosions.
• Keeps a configurable sample of real primed TNT moving with vanilla-style knockback and network interpolation.
• Keeps virtualized TNT visible until its scheduled grouped detonation.
• Added adaptive particle and TNT rendering budgets for smoother client frame rates.
• Added server tick budgeting to keep chunks, players, and networking responsive.
• Preserves the vanilla explosion path for normal and sparse blasts.
• Supports both singleplayer and Fabric dedicated servers.
• Tested startup compatibility with Sodium, Lithium, FerriteCore, and C2ME.
• Fabric API is not required.
