Initial release for Minecraft 26.3 / Fabric / Java 25, supporting official Flashback 0.43.6.

• Optional GUI replay track for HUD, hotbar, inventory and container screens, tooltips and cursor.
• Independent export options for recorded interface and recorder first-person camera, plus editor preview and new-recording capture settings.
• Snapshot/seek/pause support; optional track remains skippable by base Flashback without this extension.
• GUI sampling up to 20 Hz with bounded asynchronous processing and pixel deduplication; clean export when interface is excluded.
• Hide GUI takes priority; no overlay in depth export. Only new recordings can contain the captured screens.

中文：首发版本，记录并可选导出血量、饱食度、物品栏、背包、箱子等真实界面。仅适配 Flashback 0.43.6，不含上游模组；旧录像无法补录。
