Yueyue Flashback Extension

An independent client-side add-on by Yisibite for Minecraft 26.3 / Fabric / Java 25, version 1.0.0, currently supporting exactly Flashback 0.43.6. New recordings gain an optional transparent GUI track containing the recorder's health, armor, hunger, experience, hotbar, chat and hints, inventory and container screens, visible items/counts/tooltips, and cursor. Mod screens using the same GUI rendering pipeline can also be captured.

Recording and export

In Flashback's export window, choose whether to include the recorded interface, follow the recorder's first-person camera, preview the interface in the editor, and record the interface in new replays. All four extension options default to enabled in a fresh configuration; existing local preferences are retained. Camera follow and interface export are independent. The original Hide GUI option takes priority, depth exports do not include the overlay, and each export job keeps its own settings. Disable interface export for a clean first-person world view.

Only new recordings contain this data; older replays cannot recover screens that were never recorded. Self-contained snapshots support forward/backward seeking and pause/resume. The track is optional, so base Flashback can skip it after this add-on is removed. It records rendered screens without replaying clicks, crafting, trading or world actions.

GUI capture is limited to 20 samples per second, with asynchronous GPU readback/PNG encoding, bounded queues and identical-pixel deduplication. Busy processing keeps the newest interface and may skip intermediate samples. World export still uses Flashback's export frame rate. This is a game GUI track, not an operating-system screen recorder; independent external render layers and every third-party shader combination are not guaranteed to match pixel for pixel.

English steps

1. Install official Flashback 0.43.6 and this extension. In Flashback's export window, find the extension controls immediately below its original Hide GUI option. Configure capture before making a new recording; capture is on by default. Old replays lack the unrecorded GUI data.
2. 导出录制的真实 HUD / 背包 / 容器界面 chooses interface inclusion in the export; 锁定录制者第一人称镜头 chooses recorder-camera follow; 预览录制的真实界面 controls editor preview; 新录像记录真实界面 controls capture in new recordings. These four controls are currently labeled in Chinese.
3. To export the recorded health/hunger/hotbar and inventory/container screens, enable interface inclusion and leave the original Hide GUI off. To export a clean world view, disable interface inclusion. Camera follow is independently selectable. Original Hide GUI takes priority, and depth exports exclude the interface.
4. Export jobs retain the options they had when queued. Replay seeking/pause uses the recorded GUI snapshots; it never replays container clicks, crafting or trading onto a server.

Installation

• Minecraft 26.3, Fabric Loader 0.19.5+, Java 25. Client only.
• Install official Flashback 0.43.6 and its dependencies separately to use the extension.
• Without Flashback or with an unsupported version, extension features stay hidden and the game can still start.
• The add-on does not modify world saves or execute server commands.

4. 原 隐藏 GUI 优先于扩展开关；深度图不叠加界面。已经排队的导出任务保留创建时的选项，后来改开关不改变旧任务。

界面轨道最多 20 次 / 秒，世界输出沿用 Flashback 导出帧率。繁忙时可能跳过中间界面采样；系统窗口、独立外部渲染层及所有第三方光影效果不属于保证范围。本扩展只在客户端记录 / 回放界面，不向服务器重放点击、交易或合成操作。
