Yellow Pack Additions

Finally added some actual code to the mod!

- New crafting item "dull blade"

- Modified Villager Trades

- Mobs will not drop their held item(s) on death

All these things are to support the major change, the removal of vanilla tools. I want players to be pushed into Tinker's to make sure they can experience it for all that it's worth. Modded alternatives are still available, so players are not forced to use tinker's permanently.
