XyCraft

Updates to Minecraft 1.21

Starts the process for making external API. This is not yet ready, but is likely to be separated out from the core of XyCraft to allow easier implementations. Tags and similar resources should be prefixed with xycraft in most circumstances. There are a few exceptions in each module. These may eventually change to match root.
