XP Obelisk Additions

Updated to Minecraft 1.20.1 (needs XP Obelisk 0.4.11-r or newer and Fabric API). Handbook: the "Additions" chapter shows up again with current Patchouli versions. XP Item Inserter: hoppers and pipes can only insert XP items (no more clogging with other items), contents are kept reliably after a reload, the GUI closes when you walk away or the block is removed, it can be placed by dispensers/automation, rotates with structures and waterlogs correctly. Hiccup effect: no more ghost items in the inventory, can now pick every inventory slot. Rebark'n Staff: arm swing on use, safe with stripped blocks from other mods. Performance: block shapes of Street and XP Item Inserter are cached, the inserter no longer ticks on the client.
