Xenofactions-2.3.6.jar
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
XenoFactions 2.3.6
XShop Overhaul
- Reworked XShops around a new server-managed shop system.
- Shops now use stable internal IDs, so renaming a shop no longer breaks linked shop blocks.
- Added new admin commands for creating, editing, renaming, deleting, and managing shops.
- Added admin configuration menus directly to XShop blocks.
- Added offer editing through the new shop management interface.
- Added a searchable shop browser for faction markets.
- Admin shop management now requires permission level 3.
Faction Market Terminals
- Added craftable Faction Market Terminals.
- Terminals allow factions to browse configured server shops from their capital.
- Only Officers and higher can place faction terminals.
- Terminals may only be placed inside the faction's designated capital.
- Each faction may have only one active terminal.
- Removed or missing terminals can now be recovered cleanly, including terminals deleted through WorldEdit.
- Shops can individually be marked as Faction: Shown or Faction: Hidden.
- Hidden shops remain usable through directly linked XShop blocks.
- Disabled or admin-only shops will not appear in faction terminals.
Faction Capitals
- Added a dedicated faction capital system.
- A faction's founding city becomes its initial capital.
- Only faction leaders may change the capital.
- Capital changes have a configurable seven-day cooldown.
/c sethomemust now be set inside the faction capital.- Changing capitals automatically invalidates the old faction market terminal.
Existing factions will use their previous home city as their capital where possible.
XShop UI Changes
- Right-clicking an XShop now opens trading for admins normally.
- Admin configuration is accessed through the separate Configure option.
- Renamed the old Market setting to Faction: Shown/Hidden and added an explanatory tooltip.
- Adjusted the shop trading screen's next-page button alignment.
Fixes
- Fixed emerald blocks being unintentionally unbreakable due to an unused global block override.
- Emerald blocks now have their normal mining and blast behavior again.
- Fixed a XenoFactions logout exception caused by attempting to send a kit-menu packet after the player had already disconnected.
Compatibility
- Existing XShop configuration is automatically backed up and migrated to the new format.
- Existing placed XShop blocks are preserved where possible.
- Existing factions are migrated to the new capital system automatically.
Full multiplayer testing of the new shop, migration, terminal replacement, and capital-change systems is still recommended before production deployment.
