Item Statistics Info

• Added keybinds for the different shift/ctrl views, defaults match previous behaviour
• Tweaked weighting segment view slightly
• Added title to stats segment when viewing stat ranges, reroll chance or inner roll
• Stats that are outdated no longer display "[NEW]" and will instead display a less accurate percentage, indicated by a ~ prefix

• Summoning a mount with left click will now trigger auto 3rd person and whistle if enabled
