      Config:
- Bamboo is now automatically blacklisted by disallowLaggyFeatures properly.
    
      Blender:
- Unregistered ConfiguredFeatures, ConfiguredStructures, and/or ConfiguredCarvers
  will no longer be spawned in WB's dimension due to unregistered stuff possibly
  wiping out other mod's registered stuff from biomes.
 
- Significantly reduce the log spam when other mods have unregistered
  ConfiguredFeatures, ConfiguredStructures, and/or ConfiguredCarvers.
