- changed mod logo

- madded Japanese translation (thanks to @kuragehimekurara1)
- removed custom textures for enchanted book
- made Dodge enchantment only dodge damage from other mobs instead of all types of damage (suggested by @contrastious.)
- made extra loot from Fishing Fanatic be affected by luck and Luck of the Sea enchantment
- fixed bug with configuration file not working properly (reported by @zzzaitegui)
- fixed bug with Curse of Fatigue not applying mine speed penalty properly
