WARRING NATIONS SIEGE & COMPAT

Makes the pack's combat and automation mods obey Warring Nations claim protection, with one deliberate exception: an actual war. Every module is optional and boots fine with any subset of target mods absent.

THE RULE

For every world-altering shot, explosion, or machine action:

Unclaimed land, or your own nation's claim → allowed.
Allied nation's claim → allowed.
Enemy nation's claim, and you're actually at war with them → allowed. This is the siege.
Anything else (peacetime foreign claim, or no attributable nation) → denied.

Explosions are filtered per affected block, not all-or-nothing: a blast clips the claimed blocks it isn't at war with and breaches the rest.

CREATE

Drills, saws (including tree felling), rollers (breaking and track paving), harvesters, ploughs, dispensers, droppers, and deployers.
Contraption disassembly/placement, attributed to the controlling player, a train's persistent owner, or the contraption's own chunk, in that order.

CREATE BIG CANNONS & CBC MILITARY SUPPLEMENT

Cannon and autocannon shells, shrapnel, and custom explosions, filtered per affected block.
Dual-cannon shells, racked rockets/bombs, torpedoes, anti-air rounds, and incendiary shells.

TACZ

Explosive ammo, incendiary rounds, and glass-shattering rounds.

CREATE NUCLEAR & STEAM 'N' RAILS

Reactor meltdowns respect claim protection.
Track-replacing Rollers are covered, closing a gap where Railways' own paving path bypasses Create's.

ADMIN TOOLS

A denial log (/siege recent) so staff can see what protection actually blocked, without trawling the server log.
Optional /siege status|check|recent commands if WN Discord is installed, no hard dependency either way.
