  • WIP depressed fairy items and mobilization

  • Fix burnout (hasn't been being added for a while now)
  • Cape no longer reduces burnout
  • Shifting now lets you descend blocks while phasing
  • Leech buffed (might get nerfed later)
  • Fix desyncing of blocks with Break spell (pau101)
  • Burnout drains twice as fast as mana gen speed (might be changed later)
