Fixed a bug that normal difficulty Witheria's damage cap was not working properly. 

Melee attack is only performed in the first phase. 

Fixed boss fight cancel option GUI; it will be displayed after being killed by Witheria. Also, the GUI will also pop up not only when killed by True difficulty Witheria but also when killed by Normal difficulty Witheria. 

Added Turret entities; it is currently WIP.
