Target system overhaul

Fixed targeting related issues that were causing mod conflicts and crashes (before, Witheria caused crashes when fought some specific mobs from Harsh Encounters, Lycanites mobs and Alex's caves). 

Fixed custom AI for Witheria; she will no longer spam attacks even when force-dispawned multiple times consequtively. 

Reduced blocking sound volume

No longer crazy noisy, I think

Fixed a bug that Turrets became inactive when too far away. 

Target detection distance of Witheria and Turrets have been increased. 

Optimized some features.
