Witcher

- Ported to 1.16.5
- Added Projectile translations to the English language file
- Added A Custom Creative Tab
- Removed the sound from the Quen Sign (It's not shooting a projectile, so no need for that)
- Made the oils not give themselves the enchantment, and instead just not work if the oils aren't in the off hand
- Changed the enchantment the Arthropod oil gives to Bane of Arthropods instead of Smite (It's the proper enchantment for dealing extra damage to Arthropods)
- Removed Monster bone and replaced all instances of it with the vanilla bone
- Removed Recipe for Vitriol taking 5 Crow Eye's since the one taking 2 Crow's Eyes already exists
- Added Blasting recipe for Silver ingot
- Added Spawn egg translations to the English language file
- Removed Fledermaus and its spawn egg (It instantly turns into the Fleder anyways, so it may as well not exist)
- Added Sound Translations to the English language file
