-Readded the config (It was lost in the void i guess)

-Mod stones can now be disabled/enabled and generation frequency can be configured.

-Added a config to use new or old recipe for bricks blocks (including the mod bricks)

-All bricks blocks(including minecraft bricks) return 2 with new recipe and 1 with old recipe (like it was intended)
