Adds strong winds into Minecraft. They can move mobs around (including players) depending on how fast they are. Anything over 20 MPH can move entities.
The wind speeds are customizable.
There are also wind storms which can happen randomly. These have much stronger winds than usual. There chance is also configurable.
The only three ways to evade the winds are to be in Creative or Spectator mode, be fully submerged underwater, or be inside of a "shelter" (not seeing the sky).
