Window Resize Fix (Iris & Distant Horizons)
Fixes Distant Horizons breaking after a window resize with Iris, and the world's depth buffer not following a replaced render target.

What's new
Minecraft 26.3 support. One file now covers 26.1, 26.1.1, 26.1.2, 26.2 and 26.3 on NeoForge.
Both depth-buffer defects are still present in Iris 1.11.7 for 26.3, so both fixes carry over. The file picks the right one for your Minecraft version by itself — nothing to choose.
Checked against every Iris build in the range: 1.11.3 for 26.1.x, 1.11.2 for 26.2 and 1.11.7 for 26.3.
