Improvement: Compostable Everything!

• What an oversight! How did this not occur to me?
• Plant Fibers, Flax Seeds and Flax Flowers (all types) create compost on par with low-quality items such as Grass or Saplings - 30% increment chance per item contributed.
• Flax Stalks and Fiber Bales (all types) create compost on par with higher-quality items such as Apples or Melon Slices - 65% increment chance per item contributed.
