Bugfix: Server Crash while calculating Basket capture area

• Fixed a crash-bug on dedicated servers related to the computation of the capture area of sideways Basket blocks.

Improvement: Basket Placement

• When a player places a basket while crouching, it will orient so that the open face of the basket is towards that player.
• Otherwise, the open face of the basket will face opposite of the solid face of the block it is placed against.
• This makes it easier to place a basket sideways on open ground without having to first place another block to place the basket against.

Improvement: Flax Crop

• Flax crops can now be broken more quickly with Shears (and similar items from other mods, hopefully)
• By default, Shears will break Flax Crops twice as fast as by hand, but this can be changed in the configuration file.
