Version 0.1.0

Feature: Fabrics

  • Can be used in crafting wherever Wool can, such as in Beds or Banners or Carpets
  • Obtainable from other textiles such as Silk Thread or Twine, or from Wool at a 4:5 yield, or by crafting White Fabric with Dyes.
  • These bolts of Fabric are placeable in-world for aesthetic purposes
  • Available in the 16 standard colors and one "undyed" color

Feature: Villager Trading

  • The Wandering Trader will occasionally deal in Fabric. This feature can be disabled in the configuration.
  • Shepherd Villagers of sufficient level will sometimes sell Fabric. By default, they must be of level Journeyman or higher. This feature can be configured: It can be disabled, and the minimum skill level can be set.

Feature: Flaxseed Oil

  • A Flaxseed Oil Bottle can be crafted using two Flax Seeds and a Glass Bottle.
  • A Flaxseed Oil Bucket can be crafted using six Flax Seeds and a Bucket.
  • Flaxseed Oil Buckets are useable as fuel in a Furnace, they aren't quite as good as Coal.

Feature: Wood Staining

  • A means of recoloring wooden items so convincingly that they can't be distinguished from the real thing!
  • Wood Stain is made from Flaxseed Oil and Brown Mushrooms. It can be used to darken wood item types, from Birch -> Oak -> Spruce -> Dark Oak, or from Jungle -> Acacia.
  • Wood Bleach is the reverse of Wood Stain and is crafted from Flaxseed Oil and Red Mushrooms. It can be used to lighten wood plank types, from Dark Oak -> Spruce -> Oak -> Birch, or Acacia -> Jungle -> Birch.
  • Additionally, Birch wooden items can be converted into Jungle wooden items using Wood Stain and any kind of Pink Dye as a little help to get started.
