What's new

Added an electricity system with fuel-powered generators, fuse panels, connected lights and power outages. Added interactive generator mechanics, item shelves and new building blocks. Improved 3D snowfall, wind effects, fog rendering and BSL shader compatibility. Updated the dialogue system, added more story event options and improved music transitions. Fixed several GUI issues, lighting bugs, dialogue problems and other minor issues. Also made some performance and stability improvements.
