Whispers Below 1.0.13 - Daytime Stalking

- The Dweller can now appear at a distance and watch players during daylight after the first day.
- Sleeping through the night schedules an earlier daytime sighting, so the horror cannot be skipped simply by using a bed.
- Daytime appearances are non-damaging and vanish when directly observed, approached, or left alone for too long.
- Sightings are limited to two per player per day with persistent cooldowns.
- The second sighting may appear closer than the first.
- Disabled in Peaceful mode and for Creative or Spectator players.
- Improved multiplayer targeting so each watcher follows its intended player.
