Works, mostly.

Whoo! First release.

Coming back to this a few years later:

 - This code does not compare actual distances, but rather in a more diamond-like way... it's x+y+z rather than sqrt(x^2 + y^2 + z^2), but it's a similar-ish effect.

 - Nothing is configurable.

In any case, here is the code for anyone to fork/PR/download/whatever.  If there are any PRs to it I will keep track of them and merge if useful.
