Updated to 1.12.2

Also added a config that should meet many needs

I've not thoroughly tested this version, but there shouldn't be any major bugs with it.

I honestly have no idea what version of Forge this requires, but I compiled it against 1.12.2-14.23.5.2808.

Please let me know if there is a preferred style for formatting, because I don't have a clue.
