Wheeky Wheels

First release for Minecraft 1.20.1, playing the same as on 26.3.

• Guinea pigs in six fur colours (one rare), spawning in meadows and plains, with babies, breeding and their own voices
• Taming with carrots and dandelions, or right away with a golden carrot
• Herd behaviours: alarm and flee, food chorus, naps, grazing, grooming, standoffs, happy hops
• The car kit: craft it, put it on a tamed adult guinea pig and drive it (sprint, small jump, horn, exhaust puffs)
• Hunger that slows a hungry car, filled with carrots, dandelions, wheat and golden carrots (also from the driver's seat), with a gauge of ten carrots that also shows when holding food out to a guinea pig
• Food heals: a heart per carrot, half a heart per dandelion or wheat, all of it per golden carrot
• Only the owner takes the kit off (shears or the inventory). A kit taken out through the inventory can't go back in there, put it on by right-clicking the guinea pig instead
• The carrot gauge moves up out of the way of the mount's hearts with Better Mount HUD or Icy's Better Horses
