Swimming or being caught in the rain makes you wet
This is a simple mod that encourages construction of bridges, and use of boats.
Rain debuff can be avoided by wearing a rain coat (right now this means wearing a leather chestplate).
It takes a while in the rain to get the wet debuff. And you can avoid it by getting back into cover and 'drying out'.
Debuff applies 30s of slowness level II in hard difficulties, or 30s of slowness level I for other difficulties.
