Fix recipes, MinePad rendering, and add MinePad 2 for 1.21.1
- Update all recipe JSONs to 1.21.1 format (remove data fields, use id)
- Rename recipes/ to recipe/ and set pack_format to 48
- Fix MinePad Z-fighting by adjusting quad Z positions
- Fix MinePad brightness with proper RenderSystem shader settings
- Implement MinePad 2 as separate upgraded item with recipe
